I want to apologize to anyone who has came in this week, and I wasn't my usual self. I was dealing with having to put down my best friend, Abby. Her Conjestive Heart Failure decided she couldn't do it anymore. I am giving a HUGE thanks to our Vet, Dr. Horstman! Abby has been going to Woodlawn Animal Hospital all her life (11 years), and Dr. H has always been, and is the most loving and caring vet, I have ever taken my girls to. She made the process easier to deal with. All I can say, is if you love your animals as if they are your children and/or family, and you are not happy with your current vet, eighter they don't show you the compassion deserved for your loved ones, and/or you're tired of paying outragious fees, YOU NEED TO SWITCH...NOW!! Dr. H is a hidden treasure in Charlotte! I call her our "Country Vet, in the Middle of the City", and that is the truth! I do have to tell you that Woodlawn Animal Hospital has been struggling for the past couple of years, b/c of all the new developement going up around her. I do have to stress, if you are tired of your current vet, SWITCH! Let's help all of the animals, including your own or someone you know, save lives, and support a woman like Dr. H who really cares for you and your loved ones! We have given the extended hours a month for a run thru. Monday & Tuesday nights are not working out as we had hoped, so we are dropping these two nights until the Holiday Season kicks in, in October. These take affect on 8/17/09.

The new Novelty Room IS FINISHED! It looks amazing! Much thanks to our friend Sam who built it! We also decided to remodel our Leather & Vinyl Room. This isn't finished yet. It will be finished next week. Our Shoe Dept. has been moved to the old Novelty Room and Men's Wear has replaced it. New merchandise to fill up these departments will be arriving over the next few weeks.

I have been doing my best to sew the Men's Wear Line. I put a batch out this week. Colors include black, emerald, camo, and brown. Styles include Male Dance Thongs, Erection Ring Thongs, Regular Thongs, Jimmies, and G-Strings. Colors to look for in next batch are, neon green, baby blue, royal blue, purple, yellow, and white.

Update on Remodeling Projects:
Our Dressing Rooms have been completely remodeled and finished! No more pink paint in those rooms (even though it is our favorite color!). When you come in, be sure to try something on!

Remodeling

Just wanted to drop in and tell everyone that we are giving the store, what can we call it... a "face lift". We will be doing some remodeling and construction over the new few months. Here are some of the things we will be working on:

Our biggest project: New and improved Novelty room! As most of you are aware, our Novelty room is fairly small. This will be moved to the room behind the Shoe Department. Much larger and more room to move around in. Very exciting! And, don't worry, we are still keeping the same conscept of PRIVACY; You will not see these items in plain view when you walk in.

Side Projects: "Scratch & Dent" repairs, dressing room remodeling, and lots of little extras that will scream.... Only T&A would do something like that!

So, if we don't see you in a few months, be prepaired to be a little off balance when you walk in.
